Hi, my name is Liuba, I am Ukrainian and I relocated to Oxford in May 2022. I am a mum to three beautiful girls, and my biggest interests in life are literature and photography. What started as a research interest in my student years led to becoming a photographer myself – first for my own family, and then for other people.

My favourite photos are of natural moments of interaction which produce genuine emotions. They can be taken anywhere – from stunning locations in the centre of Oxford to the local park or your own garden. Every time I go on a photoshoot I am full of excitement about meeting the family and making my best attempt to capture their unique beauty on my camera.

I never stop marvelling at the very concept of photography – being able, as though by magic, to capture an elusive moment and preserve it forever. When I do this for a family, I can create precious memories, which will only become more valuable as time goes by.
